Dinter Nursery is located in the beautiful Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. The nursery is a 45 minute drive north of Victoria and 5 km south of Duncan just off the Island Highway.

The warm summer weather has finally arrived. Keep your gardens looking lush and colourful with regular deep watering and fertilizing. If there are any spots that still need filling, we have a good supply of colour and plants. As your vegetables are harvested, fall and winter varieties are available; remember they need to be planted in summer. The nursery is well stocked with fresh plants that can be planted any time if they are watered. There is a wide selection of pond plants, fish, garden gifts, containers and irrigation supplies on hand. As you drive by, look out for the interesting new topiaries that have just arrived!

Summer Hours:

Monday to Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Sunday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

We are a family owned business celebrating 36 years of supplying Cowichan Valley gardeners. In our 8 acre property we offer an outstanding selection of plants, trees, shrubs, seeds, tools, ornaments, water plants, pond supplies, concrete planters, lanterns, birdbaths, and garden products.

Our friendly, knowledgeable staff can assist you in finding whatever you need for your garden.
